Y'all, the staff here made me feel like family—bless their hearts! Thalia at the front desk was always ready with a smile and good advice. The room was quiet as a church mouse, and the location was just a hop, skip, and a jump to the lake. Just wish the air con was better, it got a bit stuffy at night!

Warm hospitality by owners

The room had a tiny balcony with a lovely view of the surroundings, perfect for morning coffee. I appreciated the vintage charm of Hotel Saini, with collectibles adding character to the decor. Staff members were incredibly helpful, providing insights on local attractions and hiking. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide range of options and excellent coffee that kept flowing. On the downside, the soundproofing could use improvement. voices from nearby rooms were often audible, making it tough to find peace sometimes. The lack of air conditioning made the warmer nights a bit uncomfortable, and I had to leave the windows open. Overall, it’s a cozy hotel with unique charm but could benefit from a few updates.

My stay was marred by the severe lack of soundproofing between rooms. Late-night conversations from neighboring rooms kept me awake, and the absence of air conditioning made the heat unbearable. I had to leave the windows open, making the noise even more disruptive.

my wife and i had a lovely stay at saini with air conditioning. the welcoming atmosphere and cozy vibes exceeded our expectations on this romantic trip. breakfast was a delightful spread and the owners treated us like family.

The location was great! Just a short stroll to Lake Maggiore and super close to the ferry terminal. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing at night. 😅

The air conditioning is sorely lacking!!! The Wi-Fi desperately needs an upgrade!!! There are maintenance issues like rusted railings and mossy balcony floors that reflect poorly on upkeep!!! Some smaller rooms are inadequately furnished!!!

My stay at Hotel Saini With Air Conditioning was wonderful! The charming atmosphere, combined with the very helpful staff, made me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the delightful breakfast and the fantastic location near the lake and ferry terminal.

It was just a prime choice for strolling in Stresa with real value for money. The breakfast was simple but nice, perfect before heading out. Bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Would definitely recommend for a short staycation.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here, where the owners treated us like family. Their personal touches, like helpful directions and even getting us a last-minute restaurant reservation, made us feel right at home. The breakfast was a delightful spread, fresh and varied enough to kick-start any day. On the downside, our room could have used air conditioning. it got quite warm during the night, and opening the windows let in some noise from outside.
